Executive Summary

AeroVista entered September by doing exactly what the August EOM called for: fewer abstract claims, more verified operating behavior.

NXCore accepted the canonical Traefik runtime and the fleet was reconciled to a 101-container baseline. RydeSync's accepted Alpha.7 source moved onto main and gained a guarded deployment contract. AVCC crossed a more important threshold: its commercial spine was exercised from client through approved work into a replay-safe, non-charging Draft Invoice. Identity and operator controls were then merged and the current production line advanced through the UI/operator release.

At the product edge, EchoVerse tools consolidated around a shared audio engine and release regression. Phase accelerated from workstation concept into a test-gated local-first audio product with recovery, packaging, stems, resource preflight, offline behavior, and real-browser smoke coverage. Northline and Time Circuit also became more useful as governed distribution surfaces rather than isolated creative pages.

The week also exposed the next class of work clearly: production source provenance is still incomplete across part of the fleet, some live product acceptance remains device-dependent, and commerce must remain fail-closed until canonical endpoints and server-side authority are verified. Those are not reasons to reopen finished architecture. They are the acceptance gates for the next release.

Five Moves That Matter

1

Infrastructure became something we can prove, not merely trust.

Canonical Traefik production ownership was accepted in NXCore, then the September 4 fleet audit reconciled exactly to 101 containers.

  • Verified: canonical Traefik runtime accepted at 60655fc6.
  • Verified: 30 containers mapped to remote-backed deploy directories, 60 to no-repo directories, 8 to local-only Git, and 3 to no Compose working directory.
  • Boundary: absence of .git in a deploy directory is not the same as source loss. The remaining job is the 42-directory canonical-source crosswalk.
2

AVCC moved from control layer toward operating system for the business.

The commercial workflow stopped being only an architecture diagram. Production exercised a real lifecycle: Client → Project → NXCal Schedule → 60-minute Work → follow-up note → 30-minute Work → approval → two billing entries → one $180 Draft Invoice.

  • The follow-up note remained durable but correctly stayed outside invoice lineage.
  • The Draft Invoice was non-charging, required explicit approval upstream, and replay/regeneration returned existing records instead of duplicating them.
  • Commercial production baseline ef2367d5 was recorded healthy.
  • Identity/access hardening merged at 5ed4ec3b with 230/230 backend tests and a passing production/PWA build.
  • Operator/UI release c908195c was the last user-confirmed governed promotion by September 7, with rollback snapshot 20260907_105957.
3

Release discipline spread across products instead of living only in infrastructure.

RydeSync, EchoVerse, Catalog Control, and the shared App Adapter all moved toward explicit contracts, guarded promotion, and reproducible source.

  • RydeSync's accepted Alpha.7 synchronized to main at d13910b1; production later reconciled to canonical main c44fcd6f.
  • NXCore merged a guarded RydeSync deploy contract at 21999e4b, including explicit-SHA, secret, ancestry, health, rollback, and self-test gates.
  • EchoVerse Workspaces consolidated duplicate tools, added a shared audio engine and handoff behavior, then merged an 11/11 synthetic release regression at 2bfd7fdf.
  • @aerovista-us/app-adapter 0.2.0 gained a controlled private release path, strengthening the shared integration seam without forcing consumer migration.
4

Creative properties started behaving like governed distribution destinations.

Northline and Time Circuit showed the same pattern from different directions: preserve the creative identity, but move catalog, analytics, and commerce authority into shared systems.

  • Northline shipped to GitHub Pages and added store/product work plus AeroCore analytics, replay, and heatmap instrumentation at 4c48efe1.
  • Northline checkout remained intentionally gated; analytics recorder deployment was verified, but Stats-side replay/heatmap ingestion was not yet proven.
  • Time Circuit wired its playlist and analyzer toolkit, locked the Future's Past store to a canonical destination-scoped manifest, and kept provider identity out of the browser.
  • Catalog Console registered Time Circuit as a destination. Store presentation could evolve while Listen and Archive retained Time Circuit's native identity.
5

Operations reached the staff endpoint.

The second-node plan was no longer only an infrastructure idea by week end. The first Windows staff workstation established a repeatable endpoint pattern.

  • The first reference staff workstation joined the tailnet with unattended Tailscale and Tailscale-only OpenSSH access.
  • Windows Update was proven through a SYSTEM/highest-privilege scheduled task after direct SSH execution hit E_ACCESSDENIED; 11 updates installed successfully.
  • Reusable SSH/Tailscale setup packages and a one-shot staff-PC builder were created without embedding credentials in retained logs.
  • The remaining endpoint baseline is clear: Dell maintenance, security/recovery, always-on power policy, key-based SSH, staff app loadout, and final compliance inventory.

Phase: A Productization Sprint Inside the Week

Phase deserves separate treatment because its movement was not a single feature release. During the week it became a much more complete EchoVerse workstation. By the end of September 7, the repository described Phase 0.12.8 as a functional local-first mashup workstation with recovery, diagnostics, staged startup, lightweight project packaging, lifecycle-safe persistence, resource preflight, and an original first-run demo.

The important part is not the commit count. It is the shape of the product: original audio remains immutable; edit intent is stored as project data; expensive DSP stays behind explicit rendering; optional stem separation is treated as a provider contract rather than baked into the browser. Real-browser Chromium smoke coverage, offline relaunch behavior, deployed build identity, static-shell checks, and test-gated GitHub Pages deployment all moved Phase closer to something that can be operated and supported rather than merely demonstrated.

Week in Sequence

Public surfaces and runtime ownership.

Northline moved onto GitHub Pages. NXCore accepted the canonical Traefik production runtime, closing a major hardening loop and establishing a stronger source-of-truth baseline.

Inventory, preservation, and source alignment.

Northline analytics instrumentation landed. The 101-container fleet audit exposed deploy-provenance work without falsely labeling every no-repo directory as source loss. Workspaces preserved live portal source. RydeSync synchronized accepted Alpha.7 to main and continued PWA/mobile cockpit hardening.

The commercial spine became executable.

AVCC commercial workflow and the shared App Adapter merged. Catalog Control with AVCC-first AeroCore SSO became canonical source. RydeSync's guarded deploy contract and EchoVerse's synthetic release gate merged. The production commercial lifecycle was exercised through a non-charging $180 Draft Invoice.

Operator control and governed creative distribution.

AVCC identity/access and operator UI work merged. Time Circuit moved its playlist/store toward canonical manifests and Catalog Console gained Time Circuit as a destination. Northline and Time Circuit both kept checkout fail-closed where authority was not yet proven.

Productization and endpoint operations.

AVCC's governed production line was confirmed at c908195c. Phase reached the 0.12.8 foundation with browser/offline/recovery proof. The first AeroVista Windows staff workstation established a secure tailnet/SSH/update provisioning pattern.

What We Are Not Calling Complete

AVCC live acceptance

Promotion is recorded, and targeted/backend tests are strong. Full live evidence for role boundaries, individual Calendar grants, directory write-through, NXCal mutation, and deprovision/session revocation should still be closed explicitly.

RydeSync field acceptance

Deployment/source reconciliation is complete. Real-device evidence is still needed for SSO, guest/room lifecycle, realtime/location/map, cellular PTT/TURN, Music sync, PWA/mobile behavior, and degraded/reconnect handling.

Commerce and analytics

Northline and Time Circuit are better governed storefront surfaces, but checkout remains intentionally disabled until the canonical NXCore Commerce path is verified. Northline replay/heatmap ingestion also remains conditional on server-side Stats enablement.

Fleet source provenance

The 101-container inventory is solid. The next proof is mapping the 42 distinct non-remote deploy directories to canonical off-host source and preserving only genuinely unique local history.

Phase 1.0

Phase's foundation is substantially stronger, but actual separation-service provisioning, deeper real-browser interaction QA, performance profiling, final release cleanup, and the planned EchoVerse signature sound remain before 1.0.

The Business Meaning

The week changed the definition of progress. In August, convergence meant the architecture was becoming visible. This week, convergence began producing evidence: a commercial record could survive a real lifecycle; a deploy could be tied to guarded source; an audio workstation could explain how it recovers; a storefront could refuse to invent commerce authority; a staff PC could be provisioned into the same trust fabric as the servers.

That is a more mature company signal than another list of features. It means AeroVista is learning to distinguish built from accepted, running from recoverable, and connected from governed.

Next Release Gate

The next weekly arc should not be “more.” It should be repeatability: close AVCC's live role/identity acceptance, finish RydeSync field evidence, prove one governed commerce path without weakening fail-closed behavior, complete the fleet source crosswalk, and push Phase toward release readiness with real-device evidence.

If those gates close, September will have moved the company from the pieces work together to the company knows how to prove they work together repeatedly.

Evidence & Claim Boundary

This report was reconstructed from the Signal archive and Registry v2, canonical AeroVista GitHub source/commit history, September 3–5 work-log reconciliations, AVCC production handoffs, Time Circuit/Phase release state, and the September 7 staff-PC provisioning handoff. Runtime claims are stated as verified only where dated production or acceptance evidence exists. Draft PRs, planned hardware, disabled checkout, and unverified analytics ingestion are intentionally not presented as completed work.
